摘　　要：人身权是每一个公民最基本的权利。作为中国人口大多数的农民,其人身权的保护与城市居民相比存在较大差异,保护缺失,屡被侵犯。完善当代农民人身权的保护,既体现了我国法治建设、政治文明的进步,又可为提前化解社会危机而未雨绸缪。The personal rights are the basic right of every citizen.As the Chinese population majority farmers,their personal rights＇ protection and the city peoples compare the existence big difference,protects the flaw,is encroached repeatedly.Perfect contemporary farmer personal rights protection,both has manifested our country government by law construction,the political civilization progress,and may to melt the social crisis to provide for a rainy day ahead of time.
