摘 要:节能减排是当下中国的基本国策,本文以动力环境集中监控管理系统(以下简称:集中监控系统或监控系统)为主线,重点分析其在通信局站节能减排目标达成中的关键作用,同时阐明了为实现这些功能,规划好、建设好监控系统的重要性和注意事项。其实,监控系统在节能减排中的作用只是其整体功能的"冰山一角"。通过本文的分析,力求使读者能深入了解监控系统在节能减排中的管理、调度、决策及评估等功能,获得意外的收获。Energy saving and emission reduction is a fundamental national policy. With the power environment centralized control system (hereafter, centralized control system or control system) as a main clue, the article analyzes the key position of communications bureau station in realizing the goal of energy saving and emission reduction, and in the meantime, clarifies the importance and notes to make a plan of and to construct control system in order to achieve the function. As 'a matter of fact, control system is only one tip of the iceberg, that is, only part of the whole function for energy saving and emission reduction. Readers may understand deeply the management, dispatching, decision-making and assessment functions of control system in energy saving and emission reduction, so that they may learn something unexpectedly by the author' s analysis.
