摘　　要：以甾体皂甙元氧化降解废弃物(R)-β-甲基-γ-丁内酯为原料,经NaOH/BnBr开环、LiAlH4还原、TBS保护、脱苄基、Dess-Martin氧化、S,S-acetal保护和亲核取代等7步反应,以33.2%的总收率得到标题化合物。The C（1）～（8） fragment of the Phytophthora α1 mating hormone has been synthesized starting from the（R）-β-methyl-γ-butyrolactone in seven steps and in 33.2% overall yield,which was a chiral building block obtained from the waste in the degradation of steroidal sapogenin.The reactions in the synthesis involved with the BnBr/NaOH,LiAlH4 reduction,TBS protection,Dess-Martin oxidation,S,S-acetal protection and nucleophilic substitution etc.
