摘  要:采用液-液二次萃取毛细管气相色谱法测定水中1,4-二氯苯、1,2-二氯苯、1,3,5-三氯苯、1,2,4-三氯苯、1,2,3-三氯苯、六氯苯等6种氯苯类化合物和α-666、β-666、γ-666、δ-666、百菌清、七氯、p,p'-DDE、p,p'-DDD、o,p'-DDT、p,p'-DDT、溴氰菊酯等11种有机氯农药。对水质的分析结果表明:该方法具有良好的线性(相关系数均>0.999),方法检出限为0.000 81~1.76μg/L,相对标准偏差在0.47%~4.63%之间,加标回收率90.0%~109.4%,适用于水中氯苯类化合物和有机氯农药的同时测定。A method for the determination of chlorobenzene compounds and organ chlorine pesticides in water has been developed,which is analyzed by twice liquid-liquid extraction and capillary gas chromatography.The results of monitoring the quality of water were as follows.The linearity in the detecting range is good(0.999) with the detection limits of 0.000 81~1.76 μg/L.Values of RSD′s were in the range from 0.47% to 4.63%.Test for recovery was made by standard addition method and it was in the range of 90.0%~109.4%.Satisfactory results were obtained for the determination of chlorobenzene compounds and organ chlorine pesticides in water samples.
