摘 要:以碱式碳酸镁为原料,首先经过煅烧制备出活性较高的氧化镁,活性氧化镁再与过氧化氢溶液经反应、过滤及干燥制备出过氧化镁产品。研究结果表明,碱式碳酸镁的煅烧时间和煅烧温度对合成过氧化镁的活性氧含量有较大影响,最佳煅烧时间为2 h,煅烧温度为650℃;通过对反应液固比、反应温度及反应时间进行考察,确定了适宜的工艺条件:在室温下,采用4∶1(mL/g)的液固比,反应10 min,获得的过氧化镁含Mg 31%~32%,活性氧含量>15%。将过氧化镁在100℃下放置1 h,活性氧含量损失1.17%,但可以提高过氧化镁的表观活性氧含量。High active magnesia was obtained via the calcinations of basic magnesium carbonate and the magnesium peroxid can be abtained via the reaction of high active magnesia with 30% hydrogen peroxide.The results indicate that calcining time and calcination temperature of basic magnesium carbonate take an important role in active oxygen content of magnesium peroxide,and the suitable calcination time and temperature are 2 h and 650 ℃,respectively.The effects of reaction liquid-to-solid ratio,reaction temperature,reaction time on the synthesis of magnesium peroxide were investigated,and suitable processing parameters were obtained,i.e.room temperature,liquid-to-solid ratio 4(mL)∶1(g),reaction time 10 min.The mass fraction of Mg in the product have reached 31%~32%,the mass fraction of active oxygen is above 15% under the suitable conditions.Magnesium peroxide was stood at 100 ℃ for an hour,the loss of active oxygen is 1.17%,while the fraction of apparent active oxygen was increased.
