摘 要:实验以硅烷和钛酸酯偶联剂,对经超声波纯化处理的凹凸棒土进行表面改性,采用FT-IR、SEM、TEM等方法对凹凸棒土的改性效果、分散状态以及在丝网油墨中的应用性能进行了研究。结果表明,经硅烷和钛酸酯偶联剂表面改性的凹凸棒土在丝网油墨中能以针状棒晶形态均匀分散,两种偶联剂改性处理后的凹土和纯化凹土填充油墨的性能较改性前细度降低了36%~55%、着色力增加了2%~7%、流动度增加了8%~16%,黏度降低了7.5%~19%,油墨综合性能得到了提高,可替代碳酸钙作为油墨的优质填料。After being purified by ultrasonic wave, the surface of attapulgite was modified by silane coupling agent and titanate coupling reagent. Evaluation of the modification effect, dispersion state,and performance of attapulgite used in screen printing ink was based on FT-IR, SEM, TEM, etc. The results showed that the modified attapulgite uniformly disperses in needle like crystal in screen printing ink. Compared with the original ink, the comprehensive performance of the ink filled with the modified attapulgite was improved, with the degree of fitness 36%- 55%lower, the coloring power 2%- 7% higher, the flow degree 8%-16%higher, and the viscosity 7.5%-19% lower. The surfacemodified attapulgite can be used as a good filler, in replacement of calcium carbonate.
