摘 要:实验以常压间歇精馏法回收1,2-环氧环己烷合成工艺中未反应的原料环己烯,优化的精馏操作条件为:精馏塔理论塔板数10块,塔釜加热速率1.5℃/min,全回流2h,回流比6:1,塔顶温度≤84℃。在此操作条件下,回收环己烯的纯度达99.54%,回收率达90.56%,其损失率低于2%,且可直接在合成反应中循环使用。The recovery of unreacted raw material cyclohexene in the synthesis of 1,2-epoxycycio hexane was achieved by atmospheric batch distillation. The effect of purity and recovery rate of cyclohexene during the distillation was investigated, and the optimium conditions were obtained. The experimental results showed that under the optimium conditions, the purity of cyclohexene was 99.54%, the recovery rate was 90.56%, the loss was below 2%, and the recycled cyclohexene could be used for the synthetic reaction. This work offered a reliable method of separation of raw material cyclohexene in the synthesis of 1,2-epoxycyclohexane, and provided experimental data for the industrial production.
