摘  要:利用差示扫描量热法(DSC)测定原油析蜡参数快速准确、信息量大等特点,对取自玉门青西油田不同区块8个原油试样析蜡参数进行分析,得出原油的析蜡点、析蜡量、烃类化合物的碳链长度分布与支化度等参数,在此基础上筛选与之匹配的清蜡剂单剂,组配并优化清蜡剂配方;最后通过DSC法分析加剂前后原油析蜡热特性的变化,采用室内静态溶蜡法测定了该清蜡剂溶蜡速率,当清蜡剂在原油中的加量为150 mg/L(40℃)时清蜡效果最好,清蜡速率可达0.4556h^(-1)。Based on the advantages of DSC that determined parameters fast, accurately and informatively, this paper analyzed eight different parameters of crude oil wax from Qingxi of Yumen Oil Field and the wax precipitation point, wax content, hydrocarbons and length of carbon chain distribution and degree of branching and other parameters were obtained. With these data, the single-dosage of paraffin remover was prepared and the optimized oil-based paraffin remover composed of calcium petroleum sulfonate, fatty alcohol ethoxylates(JFC), mixed alcohol and so on was found. The diversification of wax thermal characteristics in crude oil by DSC before and after adding the paraffin remover were analyzed. In addition, the wax dissolving rate was determined by the indoor static wax dissolving method, and the results showed that the most effective paraffin removal effect could be up to 0. 455 6 h 1(40 ℃), with the addition of 150 mg/L paraffin remover to the crude oil.
