摘 要:宣页1井的地质构造具有地层倾角大、各向异性、可钻性差及自然造斜能力强等特点,采用多种传统防斜钻具组合钻进,依然无法较好地防止井斜。为此,研制了φ311 mm自动垂直钻井系统。该钻井系统包括稳定平台及防斜纠斜执行机构2部分,可以有效解决高陡构造及大倾角地层的防斜打快问题,能够完全释放钻压,在保证井斜精度的前提下,可大幅度提高机械钻速,缩短钻井周期,降低钻井成本。该系统在宣页1井的应用中总进尺210.88 m,纯钻时间64 h,机械钻速3.29 m/h,与传统钻具相比,钻速提高114%,并收到明显的纠斜效果。Due to the big angle of inclination in the geological structure of No.1 well of Xuanye,adoption of traditional anti-deviation assemblies cannot achieve a desirable deviation control.Therefore,the Φ311mm automatic vertical drilling system was developed.The system included the stabilizing platform and the actuator for deviation control.It could effectively solve the problem of deviation control and fast drilling in formations with high and steep structures and big dip-angles.It could release drilling pressure completely.Under the precondition of ensuring inclination precision,it could remarkably improve the penetration rate,shorten the drilling cycle and reduce the drilling costs.The field application showed that the system achieved an overall drilling footage of 210.88 m in No.1 well of Xuanye,with a pure drilling time of 64 h and penetration rate of 3.29 m/h.Compared with traditional drilling tools,it improved the penetration rate by 113%,with a noticeable effect of deviation control.
