摘 要:运用有限元方法对NK-3SB特殊扣油管接头在不同载荷工况下的连接性能进行分析,重点研究了轴向拉力、内部压力对油管接头应力分布、密封性能的影响。计算结果表明,管体螺纹的受力薄弱区域在管体大端第1牙螺纹根部,上扣后仅受轴向拉伸载荷是油管接头的最恶劣工况。密封面上的接触压力随着内压力的增大而增大,但随着轴向载荷的增大而减小,接头的密封性能将主要由点接触(主密封)来保证;另外,在设计轴向载荷下,油管接头可以保证良好的密封性能。研究结果对于NK-3SB油管接头的设计和安全使用具有较好的参考价值。Adopting the finite element method,the connecting performance of the NK-3SB premium tubing connection in different load conditions was analyzed,and the study focused on the effect of axial tension and internal pressure on the stress distribution and seal performance of tubing connection.The calculation result showed that the weak force-bearing area of tubular threads was located at the root part of the first thread of the tubing big end,and the worst operating condition was that it was subject only to axial tensile load after spinning.The contact pressure on the seal surface increased with the increase of internal pressure but decreased with the increase of axial load.The seal performance of the connection was ensured mainly by point contact(primary seal).In addition,the tubing connection could ensure good seal performance under the designed axial load.The findings have offered an important reference for the design and application of the NK-3SB tubing connection.
