摘 要:为避免因螺杆泵抽油系统出现故障而造成不必要的经济损失,设计了基于总线技术的螺杆泵在线测试系统。该系统可模拟螺杆泵的实际工况,在线测试螺杆泵工作过程中的电流、电压、进出口压力、流量、转矩、转速、轴向力等参数,计算出螺杆泵的容积效率和综合泵效,并绘制出特性曲线。现场应用表明,系统测试数据和性能曲线可为新泵在高泵效区生产和旧泵的科学高效使用提供依据。To avoid the unnecessary economic loss caused by the failure of the screw pumping system,a bus-based online testing system was designed.The system could simulate the practical operating conditions of screw pump,conduct a real-time detection of the parameters of screw pump in its operating process,such as electric current,voltage,entry and exit pressures,flowrate,rotary torque,rotating speed and axial force,calculate the pump's volume efficiency and comprehensive pump efficiency,and draw the characteristic curve.The field application showed that the system's testing data and performance curve could offer the reference for the efficient operation of the new pumps as well as the scientific and effective use of old pumps.
