摘 要:采用阶段空场嗣后充填法的矿山,矿房的回采指标不仅关系到采场回采质量,与采空区的后续充填、矿柱的回采等采矿活动也都密切相关。采用CMS对采空区实施精密探测,运用Surpac等数字化手段,结合某铜矿采场实际,分析了采场环境因素与测点的选择对CMS探测的影响,提出了采场周边超挖量、存留矿石量及回采贫化等回采指标的可视化计算方法。实践证明,计算获得的采场回采指标可靠,可用于矿山回采质量评价及矿山生产管理。In mines of applying bench open stoping and subsequent filling,the stoping indexes of room are not only related to the extraction quality of stope,but also the subsequent filling of cavity,pillar mining and so on.According to the actual situation of stopes in a copper mine,CMS(Cavity Monitoring System)was used to make a precision detection of a cavity,and then digitalization mean such as Surpac,to construct the 3D models for the cavity,the influences of the environmental factors of stope and the choice of detection positions on CMS detection were analyzed.A visualization calculation method for stope residual ore,surrounding over-excavation of stope and ore dilution of mining was proposed.The practice indicated that the stoping indexes obtained by this method were reliable and could be used in mining quality assessment and production management of mine.
