基于计算机自适应试验的生存质量分析用于中医疗效评价的构想

摘　　要：中医药要走向世界,并非简单套用西医标准,而是使用一套西医领域认可的测量方法,在中医文化的基础上建立切实可行的方案。计算机自适应试验(CAT)为中医疗效评价提供了新的借鉴。借用生存质量和中医症状评价内涵的相似之处,基于CAT平台的中医患者结局报告信息评价系统对中医药临床疗效进行评估,促进中医药规范化、客观化。For TCM going to the world,it’s not simply to copy the western medicine standard,but to work out a feasible scheme whose measurement admitted by western medicine based on TCM.The application of computerized adaptive test（CAT） in the field of quality of life brings hope to the standard establishment of TCM effect evaluation.Concerning to similarity of the essence between quality of life and TCM symptoms evaluation,the use of patient reported outcome measurement information system based on CAT is propitious to the standardization and impersonality of TCM.
