新血府逐瘀软胶囊对高血压病患者心肌纤维化相关因子的影响

摘　　要：目的观察新血府逐瘀软胶囊对高血压病患者心肌纤维化的影响。方法将60例高血压病合并心肌纤维化患者随机分为西药组和中药组各30例,西药组给予血管紧张素转化酶抑制剂类降压药治疗,中药组在西药组基础上加用新血府逐瘀软胶囊,两组共治疗12周,分别于治疗前后测定血氧化低密度脂蛋白(ox-LDL)、一氧化氮(NO)、型前胶原羧基端肽(PCP)、型胶原(PC)、转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)浓度及血浆内皮素(ET)水平。结果两组患者治疗后ox-LDL、ET、PCP、PC及TGF-β1水平下降,NO水平明显升高,与治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗后中药组ox-LDL、ET、P CP、PC、TGF-β1及NO水平与西药组比较亦均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论新血府逐瘀软胶囊能调整血脂、改善内皮功能,降低心肌胶原含量,有效抑制血管平滑肌细胞增殖以逆转心肌纤维化。Objective To observe the influence of New Xuefu Zhuyu Soft Capsule （New Soft Capsule of decoction for removing blood stasis in the chest） on the myocardial fibrosis of hypertension patients. Methods Sixty cases of hypertension accompanied with myocardial fibrosis were randomized into western medicine group and Chinese medicine group, 30 in each. The western medicine group was administered antihypertensive agents of angiotension-coverting enzyme inhibitors （ACEI）, in addition, the Chinese medicine group was given New Xuefu Zhuyu Soft Capsule. Both groups were treated for 12 weeks, and before and after treatment, the level of oxidized low density lipoproteins （ox-LDL）, nitric oxide （NO）, procollagen I carboxyterminal propeptide （P Ⅰ CP）, procollagen Ⅱ （PC Ⅱ ）, transforming growth factor-i31 （TGF-~I）, and endothelin （ET） was determined. Results After treatment, the levels of ox-LDL, ET, P I CP, PCⅡ and TGF-β1 in both groups were decreased, while the level of NO was significantly increased, compared with those before treatment, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0. 01）. Compared with those in the western medicine group, the levels of ox-LDL, ET, P Ⅰ CP, PCⅡ , TGF-β1, and NO in the Chinese medicine group were also statistically different （P^0.01）. Conclusion New Xuefu Zhuyu Soft Capsule is effective to regulate the blood lipid, improve the endothelial function, decrease the myocardial collagen content, and significantly suppress the proliferation of vascular smooth muscle cells to reverse myocardial fibrosis.
