摘 要:以转基因抗虫棉中棉所41、SGK321、郑199和其相应的受体品种中棉所23、石远321、中棉所12为试验材料,研究抗虫基因导入对棉花生长发育的影响。结果表明,转基因抗虫棉株高低于其受体品种,单株结铃数、成铃率高于其受体品种,铃质量、衣分低于其受体品种。抗虫基因导入引起的结铃性增强效应与铃质量、衣分减弱效应相平衡,使得转基因抗虫棉的皮棉产量与其受体品种基本持平。转基因抗虫棉的光合强度和叶绿素含量在7月8日以前低于其受体品种;7月8日-7月26日高于其受体品种;7月26日以后递减速率高于其受体品种。This paper studied effect of insect-resistant gene on cotton economic character and physiological characteristic.The results showed that plant height of transgenic insect-resistant cotton were lower than that of its acceptor varieties for cotton morphological character and transgenic insect-resistant cotton had higher fruit retention,lower boll weight and lint percent for yield formation.Because boll weight and lint percent of transgenic insect-resistant cotton were lower than that of its acceptor varieties,lint yield of transgenic insect-resistant cotton was the same as its acceptor varieties.The results also showed that before pre-flowering,content of chlorophyll and photosynthetic rate of transgenic insect-resistant cotton were lower than its acceptor varieties,which made growing of transgenic insect-resistant cotton weaker,and after peak flowering,content of chlorophyll and photosynthetic rate of transgenic insect-resistant cotton were higher than its acceptor varieties,which were the basis for high yield and good quality.
