摘  要:铰间隙是影响高速精密压力机动态精度的重要因素,为研究间隙对其动态特性的影响,本文采用非线性弹簧阻尼模型描述间隙处的碰撞接触、修正的Coulomb摩擦模型描述间隙处的摩擦、无质量圆弧间的接触约束描述含间隙铰,建立周期性冲击工况下含间隙高速精密压力机机构的虚拟样机模型,通过动力学仿真,分析了有无间隙、间隙大小和打击力对机构运动特性的影响。研究结果为高速精密压力机的设计和制造提供了参考和依据。Joint clearance is one of the most important factors that affect the dynamic accuracy of high-speed precision press.In order to study the effects of clearance on dynamic characteristics,the virtual prototype model of high-speed precision press with clearance under the condition of cyclical impact was established.In this model,the contact forces and the friction forces could be calculated by the nonlinear equivalent spring-damp model and the modified Coulomb's friction law respectively.Furthermore,the clearance joints could be described by the contact constraints between the massless arcs.By means of dynamic simulations,the effects of clearance and impact on kinematic characteristics of high-speed precision press were studied,the results of which can be adopted as references for designing and manufacturing the key components.
