摘  要:应用VB开发了能嵌入SolidWorks的液压缸快速设计的插件菜单和图形界面,实现了液压缸主要参数图形界面的输入、驱动特征重建和工程图纸的自动刷新功能,并将Windows系统的一些常用的文件夹操作功能和液压缸设计中常用的一些计算一起集成到所开发的图形界面中,大大加快了同类产品变形设计的速度。本文所论述的快速化设计方法,不仅可以应用于液压缸的快速设计中,也可广泛应用于系列化、标准化的零件库的开发和其它工程领域的快速变形设计中,有着较为广泛的工程应用价值。Plug-in menu and graphical interface which could be embedded into SolidWorks system to achieve the purpose of rapid design for hydraulic cylinder were redeveloped by VB tool to input the main parameters of the hydraulic cylinder,to get the functions of the driving feature reconstruction and engineering drawings refreshment.Moreover,it was integrated some commonly used folder manipulations of Windows system and calculations of hydraulic cylinders design in the graphical interface,which greatly accelerated the deformation designed speed of similar products.The rapid design method proposed is not only can be applied in the speed design of hydraulic cylinder but also can be wildly used in the redevelopment of serialization and standardization unit stores and deformational design of many other engineering fields,which has a very abroad applicable value in engineering.
