文化产业发展模式与欠发达地区的选择

摘　　要：文化生产力发展水平决定着文化产业发展模式的层次。在当今世界文化产业发展模式主要有三种:一是文化资源开发模式,即主要由文化资源利用因素决定文化产业发展模式,属于文化产业低层次阶段的发展模式;二是文化技术开发模式,即主要由文化制作技术因素决定文化产业发展模式,属于文化产业中等层次阶段的发展模式;三是文化市场开发模式,即主要由文化产品市场营销因素决定文化产业发展模式,属于文化产业高层次阶段的发展模式。目前,西部欠发达地区应该选择文化资源产业可持续发展模式。The level of cultural productivity determines the mode of cultural industry development. Today cultural industry development in the world has three modes ： 1. the mode of cultural resources development which is determined by the use of cultural resources, that is cultural resources industry, the lowest level of the cultural industry ; 2. the mode of cultural technology development which is determined by cultural production technology, that is the middle level of the cultural industry development ; 3. the mode of cultural market development which is determined by the marketing factors of the cultural industry development, that is the advanced level of cultural industry development. At the present, the underdeveloped areas in the northwest of China should choose the sustainable mode of cultural industry development.
