摘　　要：奖励是提高大学生思想政治教育和管理工作效果的一种有效机制。随着高等教育的改革和发展,针对在社会转型期大学生价值取向和思想特点发生的新变化,深化对奖励机制的认识,理性分析这一机制在运行中存在的问题,与时俱进地予以创新,对充分调动广大学生的积极性、主动性、创造性,促进学生个性健康发展,加强班风、学风建设,进一步提高教育管理的实效,都有着重要意义。Award is an an effective mechanism to improve the ideological and political education and management work for college students. With the reform and development of higher education, the social value orientation and ideological characteristics have some new changes for the college students who are in the transformation period, it is of great sigificance to deepen the knowledge of the mechanisms of award and to analysis the problems encountered in the operation of the mecha- nism with a rational way except for innovation with times. It is very important to fully mobilize the students＇consciousness of enthusiasm, initiative, creativity. Besides, it also plays an important part in promoting the healthy development of the students＇personality, improving class atmosphere, enhancing the enthusiasm of study and improving the effectiveness of education management in a further way.
