摘 要:大停电后,应首先恢复系统内的主要机组,此过程中需要投入适量负荷以保证系统稳定和提高恢复效率。结合机组启动过程中的特点,分析了该阶段负荷恢复的主要内容,提出了与机组启动过程相协调的恢复流程。针对平衡机组出力的负荷恢复问题,建立了多目标的数学模型,并根据贪心算法考虑重点优化测度的思想,提出一种基于重要性优先的负荷恢复算法对其进行求解;针对线路充电时的负荷恢复问题,基于二分法的搜索思想,提出了相应的负荷量优化流程。山东电网的仿具结果验证了上述方法的有效性。After a major blackout,the primary units of system should be restarted first.In this process,it is necessary to pick up reasonable loads to ensure system stability and improve restoration efficiency.By referring to the characteristics at this stage,an analysis is made on the main contents of load restoration and the restoration strategies in coordination with unit start-up are proposed.In view of the load restoration of the stabilizing generators,a multi-objective mathematical model is developed.According to the principle of the greedy algorithm that takes into consideration the key optimization measures,a method based on load priority is proposed to solve the problem efficiently.For load restoration during high voltage line energizing,the optimization strategy is described based on the bisection algorithm.The effectiveness is demonstrated by case studies performed on an actual black-start test system in Shandong Province in China.
