综合康复措施治疗脊髓损伤中枢性疼痛的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨综合康复治疗措施对脊髓损伤后中枢性疼痛的治疗效果。方法:对31例脊髓损伤后中枢性疼痛患者采用阿米替林、按摩、心理治疗及经皮神经电刺激(TENS)进行治疗。采用McGill疼痛问卷(McGill pain questionnaire,MPQ)、疼痛视觉模拟评分法(Visual AnalogousScore,VAS)于治疗前和治疗1疗程后对疼痛和日常生活活动(activities of daily living,ADL)能力进评定。结果:治疗后患者疼痛的各项评分均有明显降低(P<0.01),日常生活活动(ADL)能力明显提高(P<0.01)。结论:综合康复措施治疗脊髓损伤后中枢性疼痛效果明显。Objective：To observe the effects of multidisciplinary therapy on central pain of patients with spinal cord injury.Methods：31 cases of spinal cord injury with central pain were treated with amitriptyline,psychotherapy and transcutaneous electric nerve stimulation（TENS）,and the effects were assessed by McGill Pain Questionnaire（MPQ）,Visual Analogous Score（VAS） and activities of daily living（ADL）.Results：The scores of pain of all patients significantly decreased and the scores of ADL highly increased after treatment（P 0.01）.Conclusion： Multidisciplinary therapy is effective on central pain in patients with spinal cord injury.
