摘　　要：目的:探索个体化康复训练对长期鼻饲的脑卒中患者吞咽能力的影响。方法:将108例长期鼻饲的脑卒中患者随机分成两组:训练组和对照组各54例,训练组在神经内科常规治疗基础上,进行个体化康复训练;对照组采用神经内科常规治疗,训练4周后对比两组患者吞咽能力改善状况。结果:康复训练4周后,训练组吞咽功能有显著改善,两组患者疗效间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。讨论:个体化康复训练可以改善长期鼻饲的脑卒中患者的吞咽能力。Objective：To evaluate the effect of individualized deglutition training on dysphasia in stork patients with long-term use of the feeding tubes.Methods：Totally 108 stork patients with long-term use of the feeding tubes were randomly divided as trial group（n=54） receiving individualized deglutition training arid routine medical therapy,and control group（n=54） receiving routine medical therapy only.Results：Through four weeks training,the swallowing function of patients in the trial group was improved remarkably（p0.05）.Conclusion：The individualized deglutition training could remarkably improve the swallowing function of stork patients with long-term use of the feeding tubes.
