热敏化腧穴埋线治疗更年期综合征思路探讨

摘　　要：简要论述了女性更年期综合征的流行病学、治疗现状、病因病机及针灸治则,并阐述了目前埋线治疗更年期综合征的研究现状以及存在的不足,进一步提出今后研究的方向,试图融合反应点理论、腧穴热敏化原理及埋线疗法之精粹,探讨热敏化腧穴埋线治疗女性更年期综合征临床研究思路,从而为针灸治疗更年期综合征的确切临床疗效提供更有力的支持。The epidemiology,the current treatment status,the etiology and pathogenesis of women climacteric syndrome,and the principle of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment for women climacteric syndrome were briefly discussed.We explained the current situation of researches about Catgut embedding for Treatment of Women Climacteric Syndrome and what they should be improved,and put forward the study directions,attempt to fuse the essence of Catgut embedding therapy,Response Point Theory and the Principle of Acupoint Heat-Sensitive,research clinically Catgut embedding at heat-sensitive acupoints for Treatment of Women Climacteric Syndrome,thereby provide more powerful evidence for the therapeutic effect of acupuncture and moxibustion for Women Climacteric Syndrome.
