强心复脉颗粒与西药对照治疗病态窦房结综合征101例

摘　　要：目的:探讨强心复脉颗粒治疗病态窦房结综合征患者的临床疗效。方法:将101例确诊为病态窦房结综合征患者随机分为治疗组和对照组;治疗组51例给予口服强心复脉颗粒,每次1袋,每日2次。对照组50例给予口服阿托品片,每次0.3mg,每日3次。4周后观察治疗效果。结果:治疗组对患者临床症状改善的总有效率是98.04%,对照组对患者临床症状改善的总有效率是46%,两组具有显著性差异(P<0.01);治疗组对患者24h动态心电图改善的总有效率是84.31%,对照组对患者24h动态心电图改善的总有效率是32%,两组具有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:强心复脉颗粒可以明显改善患者的临床症状、提高患者心率,是治疗病态窦房结综合征的有效药物。Objective：To evaluate the efficacy of Qiangxin Fumai granule（QXFMG） in treating sick sinus syndrome（SSS）.Methods：One hundred and one cases ranging in age from 18 to 70 years were divided into two groups randomly.Fifty-one cases in treatment group were given QXFMG（9g）,twice a day.Fifty cases in control group were given atropine（0.3mg）,thrice a day.The therapeutic course was four weeks in each group.The changes of clinical syndromes and Holter monitor were compared between two groups.Results：The total effective rate in the improvementof clinical syndrome in the treatment group and the control group were respectively 98.04% and 46%,so there was a significant difference between two groups（P0.01）.The total effective rate of Holter monitor in the treatment group and the control group were respectively 84.31% and 32%,there was a significant difference between two groups（P0.01）.Conclusion：QXFNG can obviously improve the clinical syndrome and heart rate.It has been proved to be an effctive Chinese drugs in treating SSS.
