阴阳气血配穴针刺法结合耳穴贴压治疗失眠症的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:通过对阴阳气血配穴针刺法结合耳穴贴压治疗失眠症的临床研究,观察阴阳气血配穴针刺法结合耳穴贴压治疗失眠症的临床疗效。方法:采用随机、单盲和平行对照的试验方法,临床纳入失眠症患者87例,分为治疗组(针刺法)45例和对照组(口服艾司唑仑)42例。对治疗前后匹兹堡睡眠质量指数评分(PSQI)、中医证候评分进行观察。结果:治疗后两组在PSQI量表积分、中医证候评分,组内治疗前后分析比较,治疗后较治疗前均有改善(P<0.05)。治疗后PSQI量表积分组间比较疗效相当,但治疗组在睡眠时间、睡眠障碍两方面优于对照组。治疗后中医证候评分组间比较,治疗组在心烦易怒、心悸不安、痰多口黏、口苦口臭、头晕头痛、便秘等方面疗效优于对照组(P<0.05),其余各项疗效相当。结论:阴阳气血配穴针刺法结合耳穴贴压不仅具有良好的镇静安眠作用,而且能改善因失眠伴发的各种症状。Objective：To observe the curative effect by means of acupuncture using ＇Yin-yang and Qi-blood coordinated acu-point ＇ combined with ear point sticking protocol for the treatment of insomnia through clinical research.Methods：Under the testing program,randomized,single-blind,parallel control were adopted.87 cases were randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group（n=45） and the control group（n=42）.The main efficacy indicators：PSQI（Pittsburgh Sleeping Quality Indexe） scores,TCM sign and the incidence of adverse events were observed.Results：After the treatment,the clinical observation shows that total value of PSQI and TCM sign of the two groups decreased,and there were no significant difference in improving clinical symptom.But the treatment group was superior to the control group in improving the TCM syndrome,prolonging sleep time and reducing dysfunction of sleep.Conclusion：＂Yin-yang and Qi-blood coordinated acu-point ＂ combined with ear point sticking not only plays a better role in keeping sedation and tranquilization but also can ameliorate the concomitant symptoms of insomnia.
