摘 要:基于细观损伤力学开发的RFPA2D数值模拟软件,分析了巴西劈裂试样的应力分布特征。利用微机控制试验机进行了煤试样的巴西劈裂试验,对煤巴西劈裂全过程中的声发射特征进行了研究。试验结果表明:声发射事件伴随整个煤试样劈裂过程,在不同的加载阶段有不同的声发射特征;随着载荷的增加,煤的应力场随时发生变化,从加载初期到破坏时,再到破坏后x轴方向拉应力经历了"不明显-最明显-不太明显"的过程;在煤试样将要破坏时拉应力达到峰值,证实了煤试样劈裂是受拉破坏,此时声发射事件最为明显。The RFPA2D numerical simulation software developed based on the microscopic damage mechanics was applied to analyze the stress distribution features of the Brazilian splitting samples.The PC controlled test machine was applied to the Brazilian splitting test of lump coal and the acoustic emission features of the coal during the Brazilian splitting process was studied.The study results showed that the acoustic emission incident occurred during the whole lump coal splitting process would have different emission features at different loading stages.With the loading increased,the coal stress field would be changed time to time from the loading initial period to the failure time and then after the failure,the tensile stress in x axial direction would have a "non-obvious-best obvious-less obvious" procedure.When the lump coal was going to be failed,the tensile stress would reach the peak value which could confirm that the lump coal splitting was a tensile failure.The acoustic emission incident occurred this moment would be the best obvious.
