摘 要:液压支架的工作高度远低于其最大高度,会使掩护梁承受部分本来应由顶梁承担的顶板压力,致使其受力状况恶化,造成焊缝开裂、平衡千斤顶拉断等结构件破坏。因此将液压支架最大/最小高度区间分为若干支撑区,分析各个支撑区高度范围内掩护梁的受力和运动特征,给出支架最为合理的工作高度区间。采用有限元分析的方法,对恶劣工况下的掩护梁受力状况进行研究,改进其筋板、盖板的结构形式和布置方式。掩护梁是大采高液压支架结构中较为薄弱的一环,使其具有合理的结构和正确的工作姿态,对于减少结构破坏的发生,提高支护系统的可靠性具有重要作用。The working height of the powered support far bellowed the max height would make the part of the shield beam to bear the roof pressure which should be bear by the main canopy.Thus the stress status of the shield beam would be getting serious and cause the cracking of the weld,the breaking of the balanced jack and the failure of the other structural parts.Therefore the max and min height sections of the powered support were divided into several support areas,the stressed and movement features of the shield beam within the height area of each support area were analyzed and the best rational working height section of the powered support was provided.The finite element analysis method was applied to study the stressed status of the shield beam under the adverse performances in order to improve the structure shape and layout model of the reinforced plate and cover plate.The shield beam is a weak part in the structure of the high cutting hydraulic powered support.The powered support with the rational structure and the corrected working attitude would have an important role to reduce the structure failure occurred and to improve the reliability of the support system.
