非言语型学习障碍儿童新异故事测验表现特征分析

摘　　要：目的探索非言语型学习障碍(NLD)儿童在新异故事测验(Strange Story Test,SST)中的表现特征和是否存在心理理论能力缺陷,为相关专业领域的研究提供参考。方法使用SST对广州市2所小学的24名NLD儿童及与其1∶1配对的正常儿童进行测试和比较。结果 NLD组平均SST分为9.67,明显低于对照组的13.29(P=0.002)。NLD组在白谎(P=0.002)、讽刺(P=0.003)、矛盾情感(P=0.046)和双重欺骗(P=0.006)情境中的得分明显低于对照组。相关分析发现,"心理理论"能力与被试智力水平无显著相关性(P=0.909)。结论 NLD儿童对白谎、讽刺、矛盾情感和双重欺骗4种情境存在理解困难,可能存在"心理理论"能力缺陷。Objective To explore the performance characteristic of the nonverbal learning disabilities（NLD） children in the strange story test（SST）,and whether they have the ＂theory of mind＂ deficit.Methods The 24 NLD children and the 1∶1 matched normal children were tested and analyzed by SST.Results The NLD group＇s average score was 9.67,it was lower than the control group obviously,whose average score was 13.29（P=0.002）.The NLD group＇s score were lower than the control group in white lie（P=0.002）,sarcasm（P=0.003）,contrary emotions（P=0.046） and double bluff stories（P=0.006）.The correlation analysis result indicated that the level of intelligence did not correlated with the scores of theory of mind（P=0.909）.Conclusion NLD children can hard understand the situation of white lie,sarcasm,contrary emotions and double bluff.NLD children have ＂theory of mind＂ deficit.
