摘 要:目的探讨阿斯伯格综合征(Asperger syndrom e,AS)男童在绘人测验中的表现特征和心理投射机制,为相关群体的研究和干预提供参考依据。方法采用国内标准化绘人测验(HFD s)与艾森克个性问卷(EPQ),对16名AS男童和1∶1配对的16例对照组儿童进行测试,分析AS儿童在绘人测验当中Kopp itz情绪指标以及EPQ测试特点。结果 AS儿童和对照组儿童在绘人测验Kopp itz情绪指标上的差异及EPQ各量表T分的差异均有统计学意义(P值均<0.05),其中AS组儿童在反映手的焦虑、强迫倾向、社会退缩、情绪不稳定、其他指标得分(肢体不对称、人物有牙齿等)及情绪指标总分均高于对照组(P值均<0.05);AS组在EPQ的E,N,P分量表T分均高于对照组(P值均<0.01),而在L量表T分上AS儿童得分低于对照组(P<0.01)。2组绘人测验的各项情绪指标与EPQ的E和N量表分之间呈线性正相关(P<0.05)。结论 AS儿童存在不同程度情绪问题,绘人测验可反映其情绪特征,结合其他标准化测验可为AS的诊断和干预提供参考。Objective To study the characters and psychological projection of boy children with Asperger syndrome(AS) in Human Figure Drawings(HFDs).Methods By using HFDs and Eysenck Personality Questionnaire(EPQ),16 boys with AS and 16 control boys were tested to analyze the Koppitz emotional index and characters of EPQ.Results There were statistical significant difference between two groups on Koppitz motional index and total score of EPQ(P〈0.05).The boys with AS group had higher scores in all emotional indicators in HFDs(P〈0.05) and E,N and P scales in EPQ(P〈0.01) than control group,although lower scores in L scales in EPQ(P〈0.01).It indicated that the T scores of E and N scales in EPQ positively correlated with the scores of emotional indicators in human figure drawings(P〈0.05).Conclusion Human figure drawings could reflect some emotional characters of AS.To combine some other standard test,it could offer some effective reference to diagnose and intervene AS.
