摘　　要：中国现行的土地征用制度已很难适应市场经济的发展要求。运用理论与案例相结合的方法分析了中国现行土地征用制度中存在的公共利益界定不清、监督缺失、对失地农民补偿标准过低、安置方法单一等问题。结合当前的经济发展形势,从提高征地补偿标准、建立公平高效的征地程序、完善法律体系、尝试多种安置途径等几个方面提出了对策和建议。It is very difficult for the current land acquisition system to satisfy the requirements of market economy.In this paper,the problems of the unclear definition of public interest,lack of supervision,very low compensation for farmers and single simple way for arranging in the land acquisition system are analyzed by using the combination of theories and cases.By combining with current economic situation,some countermeasures and suggestions are proposed to improve the standards of land acquisition,establish a fair and efficient land acquisition procedure,refine the legal system and explore many resettlement paths
