创业教育本质与高校创业教育体系的完善

摘　　要：大学生创业备受社会各界的关注,众多高校纷纷开设了创业相关课程,但大学生创业的数量和成功率仍然尚未尽如人意。基于提高高校创业人才培养质量的目的,运用对比分析方法,探讨了创业教育的本质;揭示出中国创业教育处于发展阶段;创业教育本质在于激发创业意识、培养创业能力和培育企业家精神。从创业教育本质的角度出发,研究了创业教育普遍存在的"对创业教育的认识存在一定的功利性,课程体系不完善和社会支撑体系不健全"等问题,提出了完善高校创业教育体系的基本构想。College students’ entrepreneurship attracts more attention of the society,and many colleges have opened relative entrepreneurial courses.However,the number and success rate are not satisfied.Based on the purpose of improving the training quality of our entrepreneurial talents,the essence of entrepreneurship education is discussed by using comparative analysis method,the entrepreneurship education of our country is in a development stage,and the essence of college entrepreneurship education is to stimulate the entrepreneurial consciousness,train the entrepreneurial ability and entrepreneurial spirit.From the perspective of entrepreneurship education essence,the problems of universal existence in entrepreneurship education are researched： the consciousness to entrepreneurial education filled with utilitarianism,imperfect curriculum system and social support system,and the basic ideas of perfecting college entrepreneurial education system are proposed
