摘　　要：针对特大城市ＧＳＭ网的特点，从话路网和信令网两个方面对其网路组织进行了多方案的论述。同时，结合移动智能业务的发展，就本地业务交换点的建设提出一点看法。Aiming at the features of GSM in especially big cities, it discusses several plans on the organization of GSM, from the aspects of voice network and signaling network. Combined with the development ofmobile intelligence service, it presents some ideas on the constmction of local service switching points.
