摘  要:利用超滤+反渗透工艺深度处理钢铁厂经混凝沉淀处理后的综合污水,以制备脱盐水。设计能力为1 000 m3/h。进水水质总硬度为490 mg/L(以CaCO3计)、电导率为1 350 uS/cm,出水水质按脱盐率95%,总硬度为3 mg/L(以CaCO3计)、电导率为70 uS/cm,出水用于高炉、转炉及加热炉等高端水质用户。In this project,the ultrafiltration-reverse osmosis process was used in advanced treatment of comprehensive sewage from an iron and steel plant,which had been treated by coagulation-sedimentation process,in order to make demineralized water.The design capacity of the process was 1 000 m3 /h and the desalt rate of 95% was selectd for the effluent.After treatment,total hardness decreased from 490 mg /L to 3 mg /L,conductivity decreased from 1 350 μS /cm to 70 μS /cm.The demineralized water was used for blast furnace,converter,heating furnace,etc.
