摘　　要：总体分析了现阶段国内外村镇住宅的发展现状及发展趋势,总结国外村镇住宅发展经验作为借鉴,提出国内村镇住宅建筑的现实状况和发展前景,为进一步加强我国村镇住宅建设研究提供借鉴。The paper mainly analyzes developing situation and tendency of international and national countryresidential buildings at current situation, concludes experiments of international and national countryresidential buildings for drawing lessons, and advances the real situation and developing prospect of national country residential buildings. The results will put forward the lessons from researching on further enhance to build country residential buildings.
