中国工业技术效率及其影响因素研究——基于碳排放的约束条件

摘　　要：本文根据2003～2008年我国30个省区的工业要素资源投入、工业产出以及碳排放数据,利用方向性距离函数测度了碳排放约束条件下的区域工业技术效率,并对工业技术效率的影响因素进行实证分析。首先,对碳排放约束条件下的区域间工业技术效率水平进行评价;其次,对工业发展模式与碳排放约束条件下的工业技术效率之间的关系进行检验;最后,对碳排放约束条件下的工业技术效率的影响因素进行分析,从而为新形势下我国工业经济发展提供启示。The paper calculates the technical efficiency of 30 provinces （municipalities）＇ s industries with directional distance functions and makes regressive analysis on the difference of industry technical efficiency based on the data of inputs of industrial elements and resources, industrial outputs and carbon emission from 2003 to 2008. Firstly, the paper makes assess of the industrial technical efficiency between 30 provinces （cities）.Secondly, the authors test the relationship between the pattern of industrial development and the technical efficiency of industry under carbon emission constraints. Thirdly, the authors make analysis of the factors of the industrial technical efficiency under carbon emission constraints, and provide inspiration for China＇s industrial development under the new situation.
