摘  要:通过对直升机典型任务剖面原始载荷数据谱进行统计处理,经三维有限元分析将所编系统载荷谱转化为齿轮应力谱;结合Goodman公式及材料P-S-N曲线(给定存活率下的疲劳寿命曲线)算出该系统各齿轮在各级载荷下的疲劳寿命,利用统计软件Minitab对寿命数据进行分析,得出齿轮的接触疲劳寿命服从两参数威布尔分布,根据威布尔分布的可靠度函数计算出各传动部件的可靠度,并结合传动系统的混联可靠度模型,获得了主减速器的可靠度.为确定复杂传动系统的寿命与可靠性提供了方法.The reliability of the main reducer drive system was acquired by dealing with the original load date of a typical mission profile of the helicopter,the load spectrum was changed into the stress spectrum of all gears using three-dimensional finite element analysis;the fatigue life of all gears at each load stage was calculated with Goodman formula and materials P-S-N curves,the life date was analyzed using Minitab.It's concluded that the contact fatigue life of gears is subject to Weibull distribution with two parameters,thus working out the reliability of each transmission part according to the reliability function of Weibull distribution and based on series-to-parallel reliability model of the system.Then,this thesis can provide a method for determining life and reliability of complex drive systems.
