寒喘平、热喘平口服液的抗炎、祛痰和镇咳作用

摘　　要：目的 :研究寒喘平、热喘平口服液的抗炎、祛痰和镇咳作用。方法 :以耳肿胀、毛细血管通透性、酚红排泌、咳嗽潜伏期和咳嗽次数为指标 ,观察了寒喘平、热喘平口服液对小鼠巴豆油性耳肿胀模型、小鼠醋酸性腹腔毛细血管通透性模型、小鼠酚红排泌法模型、小鼠氨水引咳法模型的作用。结果 :2药均能明显减轻小鼠耳肿胀、降低毛细血管通透性、促进酚红排泌、延长咳嗽潜伏期和减少咳嗽次数。结论 :寒喘平、热喘平口服液具有抗炎。OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effects of Hanchuanping and Rechuanping Oral Liquids on resisting inflammation, eliminating phlegm and relieving cough. METHOD: Took ear swelling, capillary permeation, phenol red excretion, cough latent period and cough times as indexes, and observed the effects of two Liquids on rat model with ear swelling due to Fructus Crotonis , mouse model with celiac capillary permeation due to acetic acid, mouse model with phenol red excretion , mousemodel with cough due to ammonia water. RESULT: Both Liquids relieved the mouse ear swelling, reduced capillary permeation, promoted phenol red excretion, prolonged cough latent period and decreased cough times.CONCLUSION: Hanchuanping and Rechuanping Oral Liquids have effects on resisting inflammation, eliminating phlegm and relieving cough.
