司帕沙星与洛美沙星随机对照治疗细菌性感染70例

摘　　要：目的 :探讨司帕沙星 (SPFX)对感染性疾病的临床疗效和安全性。方法 :采用SPFX与洛美沙星 (LOM )随机对照治疗 70例细菌性感染病例 ,包括呼吸道感染 3 0例、泌尿道感染 3 0例和其他感染 10例。试验组用SPFX2 0 0～ 4 0 0mg/d ,qd ,po ,疗程 5～ 14d ;对照组用LOM 2 0 0～ 3 0 0mg/次 ,bid ,po,疗程 5～ 14d ,两组各完成 3 5例。 结果 :SPFX与LOM的临床治愈率分别是 80 0 0 %及 77 14 % ,细菌清除率分别是 96.97%及 10 0 .0 0 % ,不良反应发生率分别为 5 .71%及 2 .89% ,两组差异无显著性。结论 :本研究提示国产SPFX为安全。OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of a domestic sparfloxacin(SPFX)using lomefloxacin (LOM) as control.METHODS:70 patients with infectious diseases were enrolled in the study.They were randomly and equally divided to receive SPFX in a daily dose of 200～400 mg for 5～14 days or LOM in a twice daily dose of 200～300 mg for 5～14 days.RESULTS:The cure and bacterial clearance rate for SPFX were 80.00% and 96.97% respectively and for LOM were 77.14% and 100.00% respectively.There is no statistical difference between the two groups.CONCLUSION:The results of the study suggested that domestic SPFX is a safe,effective and useful agent for treatment of bacterial infectious diseases.
