摘　　要：为了更好地促进大学生就业,杭州市政府向在杭高校应届毕业生发放总额上亿元的教育培训消费券。此项政策在大学毕业生中起到了积极的作用,但在实施过程中也出现了一些问题。因此,政府应及时评估和调整政策,与高校、社会机构联合行动,确保政策的贯彻落实,使大学毕业生真正受益。In order to better promote the university graduates employment, Hangzhou government has provided more than 100 million yuan of educational training in total for the university graduates of this year. This policy has played a positive role in the university graduates but there existed some problems in process of the implementation. Therefore, government should evaluate and adjust the policy timely, take joint action with universities and social organizations to ensure the implementation of the policy so that the university graduates can really gain benefits from it.
