摘 要:本文就复合烧结助剂对ZrO2-Al2O3陶瓷相对密度的影响进行了研究。以氧化钇(Y2O3)、氧化镁(MgO)、氧化硅(SiO2)为助剂,经过造粒、干压成型和无压烧结,制备了一系列样品。利用XRD和SEM对之进行了表征和分析。结果表明:Al2O3-ZrO2陶瓷的相对密度随SiO2-MgO-Y2O3复合助剂中MgO、Y2O3的增加先增加后减小,随SiO2助剂的增加逐渐减小。最后,从相组成和烧结动力学两方面对实验现象进行了深入分析,同时,利用复合助剂中各种烧结助剂的最佳配方,制得相对密度达0.99的Al2O3-ZrO2陶瓷。The influence of composite sintering additives on Al2O3-ZrO2 ceramics relative density was investigated.With yttrium oxide(Y2O3),magnesium oxide(MgO) and oxidation silicon(SiO2) for additives,after granulation,dry press forming and pressureless sintering,a series of sample were prepared.Then XRD and SEM were adopted to characterize and analysis the samples.Results show that,the relative density of Al2O3-ZrO2 ceramics increases firstly,and then decreases with the increament of MgO and Y2O3 content of composite sintering additives SiO2-MgO-Y2O3,But decreases constantly with the increament of SiO2.At last,experimental phenomena are analysed based on phase composition and sintering dynamics,using the best formula of each sintering additive in the compound sintering additives obtained Al2O3-ZrO2 ceramics,whose relative density can reach up to 0.99.
