摘 要:在分析浮法玻璃生产工艺及建立锡槽内空间保护气体流动与传热数学模型的基础上,综合考虑玻璃带、加热器、冷却器及锡槽内壁的热辐射,对保护气体流动及传热进行了模拟。通过对生产不同厚度玻璃时保护气体的计算,发现加热冷却元件只对邻近保护气体有明显对流换热作用,锡槽内壁在玻璃带、加热器的辐射作用下,温度较高。保护气体在玻璃带的牵引作用下,下半空间向锡槽尾端流动,而上半空间在较高牵引速度情况下,发生回流,整个空间环流的大小由牵引速度决定。为了降低环流带来的温度、速度波动及避免加热器跨区加热,需布置分隔装置对空间进行分隔。Based on the analysis of float glass manufacture process,the flow and heat transfer model of atmosphere in the interior space of tin bath is established.The flow and heat transfer of atmosphere were carried out considering the thermal radiation among the glass ribbon,heater,cooler and the bath wall.The result shows that the heater and cooler have a significant convection effect on the gas nearby,the inner wall has a high temperature with the thermal radiation of heater.The atmosphere in the lower half space moves towards the end of tin bath under the traction effect of glass ribbon.Back flow is observed in the upper space when high traction speed is applied.And the size of the back flow is determined by the traction velocity.In order to avoid the fluctuations and cross region heating,dividing equipments should be arranged to separate the space.
