摘 要:采用XRD、SEM及水化热等测定方法,研究了磷渣中可溶性的磷和氟对水泥单矿物C3S水化过程的影响。结果表明,磷渣中可溶性的磷和氟对C3S早期的水化影响较大,可以明显降低C3S的早期水化速率。由于磷和氟的延缓作用,C3S硬化浆体3 d的微观形貌存在较少孔隙,同时裂缝出现的几率减少。C3S在磷渣浸泡液中水化3 d的放热总量大大减少,第1、2放热峰均有所削弱,并且由于诱导期的延长,第2放热峰推迟出现。The effect of soluble phosphorus and fluorine in phosphorous slag on hydration process of C3S was studied by means of XRD,SEM and heat of hydration.The results show that soluble phosphorus and fluorine greatly affected the early hydration of C3S and obviously delayed the early hydration reaction.Due to the influence of phosphorus and fluorine,fewer pores can be observed in the micro-structure of three-day hardened paste and the chance of cracks is reduced.After three-day hydration,C3S soaked in the phosphate slag solution emits significantly less heat,both the first and second exothermic peak weaken,and the second exothermic peak is delayed to appear because the induction period is prolonged.
