摘  要:目的:观察通过D101大孔树脂精制的4年生泰山四叶参多糖对小鼠耐缺氧和抗疲劳能力的影响。方法:用水提醇沉法和大孔树脂对四叶参多糖进行提取和纯化,得到精制的四叶参多糖。昆明种小鼠,按照性别和体质量随机分4组(n=10),分别为对照组,高、中、低3个剂量组,灌胃10d后,采用耐缺氧和负重游泳的实验方法,测定小鼠不同时间的累计耗氧量,缺氧存活时间和负重游泳存活时间。结果:高剂量组可明显降低小鼠累计耗氧量,延长小鼠缺氧存活时间和负重游泳存活时间。结论:4年生泰山四叶参大孔树脂精制多糖具有明显的提高小鼠耐缺氧及抗疲劳能力的作用。OBJECTIVE To study the effects of anti-fatigue function and hypoxia tolerance of purified polysaccharide of 4 year Radix Codonopsitis lanceolatae in mice. METHODS The purified polysaceharides were extracted from plant meals of 4 year Radix Codonopsi lanceolatae with water and alcohol. Kunming mice were divided into the control and experiment group at random according to weight. The experiment group was subdivided into high, moderate and low dosage group. Mice were fed with physiological saline and polysaccharide solution for 10 days, the oxygen consumption, survival time and weight-loading swimming time were determined. RESULTS The purified polysaccharide at the dose of 1.5 g. kg^-1 reduced the oxygen consumption and prolonged the survival time of mice in hypoxia condition, it also prolonged the loaded swimming time of mice. CONCLUSION Purified polysaccharide of 4 year Radix Codonopsitis lanceolatae has notable anti-fatigue and hypoxia tolerance effects in mice.
