摘　　要：因本建筑原图纸缺失,施工前根椐加固改造工程的施工蓝图首先核对了现状结构中的梁、柱构件、屋盖系统、地下一层、采光井及相邻建筑物等结构布置,发现了施工蓝图与现状原结构极不相符的问题,及时与设计沟通,从现场的实际出发,结合结构设计的安全性与经济性和建造的难度、技术措施费用等因素综合考虑,与设计共商解决方案,双方达成共识,以现状为主,对原设计的施工图,作相应的变更与调整,并在调整的基础之上作深细化设计。设计人员只有在充分了解和掌握此类原结构的基础上进行此类工程的设计,在设计中才能充分考虑施工建造的技术及可能遇到的各种因素,才能最终实现安全、经济的设计目标,体现结构设计与施工技术的完美结合。Owing to lack of original drawings for this building,first checking and finding the difference of beam,column,roof,basement,light wells,and adjacent objects from the working drawing to the reality,then communicating with the designers,from reality of site,a lot of appropriate adjustments and deep designs was act on the original design,considered structure security economy and construction difficulty.Designers only by fully understanding and knowledge of the original structure,will finally achieve safe and economical design goals,reflecting the structural design and construction of the perfect combination of technology.
