摘　　要：为了保证新建工程按时投入使用,地下室周边肥槽需要及时回填土;相邻后续工程的施工,需要对现有建筑地下室周边土进行开挖。结合工程在不同土压力工况下的响应,对现有建筑的整体抗滑移、抗倾覆能力进行验算,为设计及施工提供参考。In order to ensure that new construction on time and put into use, need to fill back the fertilizer tanks around the basement timely; adjacent follow-up project construction, which require existing buildings to excavation of soil around the basement. This paper combines with the specific projects in response to different conditions o fsoil pressure, checks the existing building＇s overall anti-slip, anti-overtuming capacity, and then provides design and construction a reference.
