摘　　要：以工程总承包项目管理为研究对象,以国家科技支撑计划《建筑业信息化关键技术研究与应用》为项目依托,论述了基于协同设计的多主体参与的工程总承包项目管理关键技术。在综述了协同设计技术发展现状的基础上阐述了SOA技术和BPM技术,提出了以松耦合的SOA为架构、以BPM实现服务编排的协同设计管理系统架构,开发了系统原型,并开展了工程验证。Based on the national support technology plan Research and Application of Information Key Technology in Construction Industry,this paper studies general contract management and discusses the key technologies in designing-based multi-agent general control contract management.After reviewing of the status quo of collaborative design,SOA and BPM are elaborated,and collaborative design system architecture is outlined,which is a loosely coupled architecture based on SOA and adopts BPM to choreograph services in enterprise scope.A prototype system is developed according to principles discussed,which has been tested and verified.
