国外住房保障制度比较分析与启示研究

摘　　要：系统分析了美、日、英等国家的住房保障制度发展进程和主要特点,采用比较研究的方法对国外住房保障制度异同点进行分析。结合我国具体情况,提出现阶段我国保障性住房建设制度政策建议。America,Japan,Britain and Singapore are selected as the objects of the research.The process and characteristics of the housing security system are studied,and differences are analyzed.According to current situation in China,suggestions on housing security system are presented.
