摘  要:目的:探索和建立浊点萃取分离富集、火焰原子吸收光谱法测定生活饮用水的镉的新方法,使环境危险因素镉的分析过程中而产生的二次污染减少至最低限度。方法:水样经浓缩后在pH 8~9的范围内以8-羟基喹啉作为螯合剂、TritonX-114为非离子表面活性剂,在45℃水浴15 m in优化条件下分离富集,经火焰原子吸收光谱分析测定。结果:方法富集倍率为50,在0.0 mg/L^0.025 mg/L范围内呈良好线性关系,相对标准偏差小于5.%,加标平均回收率范围为:95%~105%。结论:本方法不使用挥发性有机物质萃取、简便快速、准确可靠,适用于生活饮用水中微量镉的含量测定。Objective:To minimize secondary pollution from the analytic course of cadmium,the paper explores a new method for the determination of cadmium in drinking water by flame atomic absorption spectrometry with cloud point extraction.Methods: Water sample was separated and concentrated on condition that pH value is 8~9,8-hydroxyquinoline as the chelator,TritonX-114 as the nonionic surfactant,in 80℃ water-bath lasting 15 minutes.After spectrum absorption of flame atom,wave length was 228.3 nm,spectral bandwidth was 0.2 nm,and lamp current was 4.0Ma.Results: Good linear relationship was showed in 0.0 mg/L^0.025 mg/L,relative standard deviation(RSD)was less than 5.%,the recovery of standard addition of samples being 95%~105%.Conclusion: This method is appropriate for determination of race cadmium in drinking water,for it does not use volatile organic matter during extraction process,and it is simple and fast,accurate and reliable as well.
