摘  要:目的:应用气相色谱法测定土壤中敌敌畏等8种有机磷农药残留。方法:先用乙腈-NaCl盐析法萃取土壤中残留的农药,而后将溶剂置换为丙酮,处理好的样液用气相色谱法进行定性和定量分析。结果:此方法最低检出限可达到0.008 mg/kg或更低,回收率范围为87.0%-105.0%,RSD为3.3%-7.2%。结论:所建立的方法符合我国农药残留检测相关标准的要求。Objective:To establish a method for detecting eight organophosphorus pesticide residues in soil by gas chromatography,and optimize the pretreatment process of samples.Methods: The organophosphorus pesticides were extracted from soil using acetonitrile as extracting solvent,and the solvent was displaced by acetone.Finally,the extracted pesticide residues were analysed by gas chromatography for qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis.Results: The satisfactory results were obtained,the lowest determination limit of this method was 0.008 mg/kg or better,the rate of recovery was 87.0%~105.0%,and RSD was 3.3%~7.2%.Conclusion: This method conforms to requirement of the concerned standard,it can be used for determination of organophosphorus pesticide residues in soil.
