腹泻病人中类志贺邻单胞菌的检测及药敏分析

摘　　要：目的:为了解我区夏秋季腹泻中类志贺邻单胞菌感染情况及其药敏谱。方法:用肠道致病菌分离平板分离培养,氧化酶试验和三糖铁初筛,选择Vitek 2 Compact全自动微生物鉴定药敏分析仪进行鉴定和药敏试验。结果:从469例腹泻病人粪便中分离出9株类志贺邻单胞菌,检出率为1.92%,17种抗生素中有12种敏感,其余5种存在不同程度的耐药情况,临床症状主要为腹泻及脐周腹痛,仅1例出现发热症状。结论:类志贺邻单胞菌是我区重要的夏秋季腹泻病原菌之一,可用抗生素治疗,药敏谱将为今后临床治疗提供依据。Objective：To investigate Plesiomonas shigelloides infect and antibiotic susceptibility profiles about diarrhea patients in summer and autumn season.Methods： P.shigelloides was isolated form intestinal selective plate,preliminary identified with Oxidase and TSI test,confirmatory test and antibiotic susceptibility of the isolates were determined by using VITEK 2 Compact.Results： A total of 9（1.92%） P.shigelloides was isolated form 469 samples.Sensitive to 12 antibiotics from 17 types which were tested,and perform varying degrees of resistance to other 5 antibiotics,clinlcal symptom of patients presented diarrhoea and pain around the navel,only 1 sample had a fever.Conclusion： P.shigelloides is one of important pathogenic bacterias which caused diarrhea in summer and autumn season in yinzhou district.The results of antibiotic susceptibility analysis provide useful basis for clinic cure.
